I was drawn to you- art exhibition

Come celebrate the opening of "I was drawn to you" recent works by Nic Cooper, a new young artist on Gabriola. This exhibition is a collection of Nic's recent observational drawings of local life on our island- made in part due to the absence of a painting studio for them to work in.

( Nic now has a painting studio as well, so we can look forward to seeing their work in another medium down the road.)

This show will offer the perspective of what Gabriola is like to the eyes of an appreciative newcomer, ones that have recently fallen in love with our island home. Warning * You might be in one of the drawings, so come have a peek.
